Warning! You are about to Import a Database
 
Please select your import file of records from your local computer and select an
action to perform during the upload.
Import File:
   
Action: Select the action to be performed:
  Append: Add my import file to my existing database
  Overwrite: Delete records in my existing database and
create a new database from my import file.
   
  It is extremely important that your import file follows the
guidelines of our Import File Format. The format is a 'TAB' seperated text file.
